I am Darren Groves and I started Essex Pest and Bird Control two years ago after working in the pest control industry for the past eight years, before which I served in HM Forces. 

I wanted to bring a more informative attitude to the industry rather than the what I know will cost you attitude I had come across so often, so not only is my service affordable and discreet, it is also available to anyone that wants to pick the phone up and ask questions, as stated on the website, advise costs nothing, and self help is everything!

I am a keen gardener, love to grow my own vegetables for my family, and spend as much time outside as possibe. I am also a music fanatic, particulary of the 60s and early 70s era.
